Hello July!!

July is finally here!! Our favorite month!! Lots of BBQ's, fireworks, friends and family! This month also marks 4 years together, it also marks 4 months until our wedding!!!

I am kinda in love with the idea we are having a destination wedding!! Not only is it a beautiful location, the resort takes care of pretty much EVERYTHING! We just have some odds and ends to get together like the unity sand ceremony items, the flower girl basket, ring bearer box (yes, we are doing a box instead of a pillow), cake topper, wedding welcome bags, Jake's shirt and flip flops! It has been so laid back! Kind of amazing! We are very much looking forward to seven days laying on a beach with family and friends!! Its funny because I want November to get here quickly but I want summer to last forever!

On to our puppy Doser, He turned 4 this past April and he sure doesn't act like a four year old. More like ninety four year old! The thing he loves to do most is sleep! Anyone have any idea how to get him out of this pattern? For those of you who don't know Doser...

He is a 4 year old pitbull, he is the most affectionate puppy, you will ever meet!! He loves his back and tummy rubbed, Blue Buffalo treats, tennis balls, Kong toys, popcorn,peanut butter, drinking ice water out of other peoples glasses( he has no issue with sharing), we love him very much!

Well It has been over a year....time for an update!!

Since our last post.....

Jake has moved to Illinois!!! I think anyone who reads this probably knows that already though!!
We sadly are not getting married in Hawaii either...but....we are getting married November 11, 2011 in the Dominican Republic!! Whoo!! So much has gone on in the last year!! Hard to even remember!!
December 2009 -February 2011....yikes! Well to make up for lost time, here is what is going in our lives at the current moment!

My best friend Felicia is getting married May 1, 2011 ( Mom Cobos's Birthday) and I (Jamie not Jake....if anyone was confused...haha..) am the maid of honor!!!
We are planning our wedding!! The resort and ceremony are booked!! Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic!! I have my wedding dress,Felicia made my beautiful wedding flip flops, Jake and I have our wedding bands!! We really have nothing else to plan for at the moment! Just little ends to tie together!!
We try to visit Michigan as much as we can, but the last time we were up there was for New Years!! We had a great few days with Mom and Dad Wagner!! We got to spend time with Caleb, Josh, Amber and Tucker!! We were even able to stop and see Grandma and Grandpa Pyle!! We miss everyone up there very much!!
Jake was very excited that the Green Bay Packers won the Super Bowl!

So for the one person that reads this...haha...we plan to update this more often for you!!

Wow, it's been awhile!

Well, a lot has been going on since the last post. Jamie has moved back to Illinois, and is working at a dermatologist office in Hoffman Estates, while Jake is still in Michigan, we're working on getting him to Illinois now. It is nice to be back in Illinois, missed my family and friends!! It's rough not being together but we are doing it!

So, much has happened since my last post, I don't even know where to start!

Thanksgiving came and went, ate amazing food as always! it was nice to see Auntie Theresa, Russell, and Renee.( I got yelled at by Auntie and Russell to update my blog, so this is for you guys).

In other news: Jake and I have made our first decisions for the wedding!!! We have decided on a destination wedding!!! We are getting married September 2011, in Hawaii!!!!

I will try and update more often, when something exciting happens or a wedding plan has been made!!

We're Engaged!

So..it's official. Jake and I are engaged!!! We had a amazing day!! We went to Mackinac Island today with a couple of our friends and Jake popped the question! He proposed after a long hike up and down hills at a beautiful spot called Arch Rock. He got down on one knee and asked! I was speechless!! But of course I said yes!! No, plans on setting a date yet but as soon as we know, you will know!! Here is a video we put together! Hope you enjoy!!!

Just a few Pictures...okay a bunch of pictures...I can't help it!!!

Well, the last few weekends we have been on Jeep rides to Traverse City and on the trails for my first off roading trip!!! This weekend we headed up to the UP and we helped out at the Grand Opening for Jake's parents store, lots and lots of people!! Caleb and I worked the register and Jake made hot dogs for all the customers!! We even got to Jam out to the country radio station 102.9 Big Country! It was a fun filled day but exhausting!! Sunday we spent the day riding on the ATVs and just hanging out! Enjoy the pictures =)

This past weekend

Well, This past weekend was Jake's 24th birthday and his cousins wedding both on the same day! Aios dios mios!! We didn't get to do anything special for his birthday on the 16th but I made him a cake with homemade peanut butter frosting (his favorite!). Here are pictures from the festivities!!
